This 4th floor refurbishment project was carried out in collaboration with Interserve and the client’s designer. Works were undertaken to a full written specification and drawings in order to meet the client’s requirements. Works entailed a full strip out of both fabric and electrical elements followed by an extensive fit out of glazed partitioning, carpets, lighting system, power and bespoke furniture pieces. We were also asked to provide the desks, chairs and soft furnishings to enable a smooth transition for the client.
The finished article was highly praised and all works were completed to programme.
