Via Sutton Projects’ London Borough’s contract, we carried out a complete overhaul to the main roof at the Carlyle Building in Chelsea. The working area was fully scaffolded and the existing roof completely stripped back. A new breathable membrane was installed, with new battening, followed by the installation of reclaimed Welsh slates and all new lead work.
Works were co-ordinated alongside the building user to ensure no disruption was caused. The overall job was completed to a high standard and the client was very satisfied with works carried out.
