The refurbishment works carried out at the Passport Office formed part of our first project under the Carillion- Home Office account. Works consisted of upgrading all customer facing areas on the Ground, First and Second floors.
3D visuals had already been prepared by the client, subsequently we specified works that met both the aesthetic criteria and cost budget available. Following a number of meetings onsite, a final specification was agreed and works were conducted, out of hours over a 6 week programme. A variety of security cleared trades were required from decorators to french polishers to floor layers.
The job ran to programme, much praise was received from the client and following this we were awarded successive works at Peterborough Passport Office.
