Sutton Projects worked alongside Amey in delivering both fabric and mechanical upgrades to all 5 levels at Metro Point, Croydon. The overall programme ran for approximately 4 months, our security cleared engineers worked closely to specification drawings prepared externally by the client’s architect.
Works included general strip out, re-modelling of partitions, M&E installations, carpeting, redecorations, toilet and shower upgrades and the construction of bespoke print areas.
The overall finish was to a high standard and the client was extremely satisfied with the final results.
